Bankinfobook Terms of Service

1. Your relationship with Bankinfobook

By using the Bankinfobook website and its associated products, you agree to all terms and conditions listed below. The Bankinfobook website provides information and services (collectively referred to as “SERVICES”). Individual services may be subject to a legally binding contract between your company and Bankinfobook. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement and apply to all users of the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

In order to use the Service, you must first accept these Terms.

  • Informational Use: Using the Service for informational purposes constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Contractual Use: If you enter into a legally binding contract with Bankinfobook for specific services, you are required to sign an agreement regarding the terms of use.

  • Educational Rights: Users have the right to use website content for informational, training, and learning purposes only. This applies to all users except companies with separate signed contracts.

3. Changing Conditions

Bankinfobook reserves the right to periodically change these Terms to adapt to changes in law, technology, or regulations. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the updated conditions.

4. General Service Restrictions

Bankinfobook grants you a license to use the Services. Failure to comply with the following conditions is considered a breach of these Terms:

  • You agree not to distribute any part of the website or Services in any medium without prior written permission.

  • You agree not to alter, modify, or interfere with any part of the website’s operation or functions.

5. Links from Bankinfobook

Our Services contain links to third-party websites (banks, credit card providers, etc.) that are not owned or managed by Bankinfobook.

  • Bankinfobook has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content or availability of these external sites.

  • You acknowledge that Bankinfobook is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on the accuracy or existence of material on these third-party websites.

6. Termination of Relations

  • 6.1 Validity: Terms remain valid until the expiry of your specific contract period.

  • 6.2 Notification: To terminate a contract, you must send a written notification to office@bankinfobook.com.

  • 6.3 Requirements: To be accepted, termination notices must include: Company name, phone, email, country, website, unique company number, full name/signature of the responsible person, date, and reason for termination.

  • 6.4 Refunds: Bankinfobook will make no refunds in the event of contract termination.

  • 6.5 Content Changes: Upon termination, Bankinfobook will change the company logo, email, phone, and SWIFT code to default values. Other data, such as bank names and links, will remain as part of the database directory.

7. Terms for Banking Data

  • 7.1 Naming Conventions: Bank names shall not begin with the words “BANK” or “BANK OF” unless the name is uniquely tied to a specific geographical feature (Country, Lake, River, etc.).

  • 7.2 Global Arrangement: All bank names are sorted alphabetically by the system in a three-column layout, moving from left to right.

  • 7.3 Logos: Company logos must be provided in PNG format, sized exactly 127×81 pixels with rounded edges to maintain website aesthetics.

  • 7.4 Database Optimization: Bankinfobook reserves the right to optimize page layouts and move listings to accommodate a growing number of banks within specific regions.

8. Responsibility and Security

  • Bankinfobook is not responsible if the site is compromised by external hacking.

  • We undertake to fix technical defects (server issues, database damage) in the shortest possible period.

  • We will not change the appearance of a company logo, only its size and format for site compatibility.

9. Disputes and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to seek solutions through Bankinfobook’s internal resolution mechanisms.

  • Jurisdiction: You agree that all legal disputes will be resolved in Serbia.

  • Competence: The regional court in the city of Leskovac shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
